सोने रेस्टोरेंट (दुमरांव) की ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर वेबसाइट और ऐप का इस्तेमाल करने पर आप इस नीति से सहमत होते हैं।
हम कौन सी जानकारी लेते हैं
- आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और डिलीवरी का पता, जो आप ऑर्डर देते समय खुद भरते हैं।
- आपके ऑर्डर का ब्योरा: खाना, कुल रकम, भुगतान का तरीका और UPI की UTR संख्या (अगर आप भरें)।
- आपकी लोकेशन (GPS): सिर्फ़ तब, जब आप होम डिलीवरी चुनें और अनुमति दें। इससे हम जाँचते हैं कि आप डिलीवरी क्षेत्र में हैं या नहीं और डिलीवरी का रास्ता दिखाते हैं। डिलीवरी पार्टनर चलते समय अपनी लोकेशन रेस्टोरेंट के सिस्टम में भेजता है, जो आपको ऑर्डर ट्रैक करते समय दिखती है।
- आपकी भाषा, पिछले ऑर्डर की पहचान और भरी हुई जानकारी आपके फ़ोन में सेव रहती है, ताकि अगली बार दोबारा न भरनी पड़े।
जानकारी का इस्तेमाल
- ऑर्डर लेना, तैयार करना, डिलीवर करना और आपसे संपर्क करना।
- ऑर्डर की स्थिति बताना (ऐप में और, अनुमति देने पर, सूचना के रूप में)।
- पार्टी हॉल, कमरा या बुकिंग की रसीद बनाना।
हम आपकी जानकारी किसी को बेचते नहीं हैं और विज्ञापन के लिए किसी तीसरे पक्ष को नहीं देते।
जानकारी कहाँ रहती है
आपकी जानकारी सुरक्षित क्लाउड डेटाबेस (Supabase) में रहती है। उस तक सिर्फ़ रेस्टोरेंट का अधिकृत स्टाफ़ पहुँच सकता है। भुगतान आपके अपने UPI ऐप से होता है। हम आपके कार्ड, बैंक या UPI पिन की जानकारी नहीं रखते।
आपके अधिकार
आप अपनी जानकारी देखने, सुधारने या हटाने के लिए हमसे कह सकते हैं। फ़ोन पर यह जानकारी अपने ऐप के Profile में बदल सकते हैं। लोकेशन की अनुमति आप कभी भी फ़ोन की सेटिंग में बंद कर सकते हैं (तब होम डिलीवरी उपलब्ध नहीं होगी, पिकअप और डाइन-इन चलेंगे)।
बच्चे
बच्चे भी माता-पिता या परिवार की जानकारी में खाना ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं। हम बच्चों से ऑर्डर के लिए ज़रूरी नाम, नंबर और पते के अलावा कोई जानकारी नहीं लेते।

By using the online ordering website and app of Sone Restaurant (Dumraon), you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and delivery address, which you enter when you place an order.
- Order details: items, total, payment method and the UPI UTR number (if you enter it).
- Your location (GPS), only when you choose home delivery and allow it. We use it to check that you are inside our delivery area and to show the delivery route. The delivery partner shares their live location with the restaurant while delivering, and you see it while tracking your order.
- Your language, past order references and the details you filled in are saved on your phone so you do not have to type them again.
How we use it
- To take, prepare, deliver and confirm your order and to contact you about it.
- To show order status (in the app and, if you allow, as notifications).
- To create booking receipts for party hall, room or food bookings.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase) that only authorised restaurant staff can access. Payments happen in your own UPI app. We do not store your card, bank or UPI PIN details.
Your choices
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your information. You can edit your details in the Profile tab of the app. You can turn off location permission in your phone settings at any time (home delivery will then be unavailable; pickup and dine-in still work).
Children
Children may also order food with the knowledge of their parents or family. We collect nothing from them beyond the name, number and address needed for the order.
